CV maker is an online builder offering you the opportunity to create and format your resume online for free. I found this site via search engine when was looking for the way to improve the resume I already had. Here’s what they promise “Create, maintain, publish, and share your CVs for free”. Sounds good, isn’t it? I thought I wouldn’t lose anything if I try, so I decided to start improving my resume here.

Resume creating process

Registration on the site is not obligatory, but it’s recommended if you want to share or save your resume online. The process of making a resume starts from filling out your basic information, experience, education, qualification and references step by step. By the way, they don’t offer template phrases or skills to choose from, so I had to write everything by myself. After all the fields were completed, I picked a template (there are six templates to choose from) and downloaded my resume.

Conclusion

To top it off, my resume looked better with this template. Nevertheless, anything was significantly changed in the resume content. It was still written by me, not by a professional, so I supposed I did the same mistakes. I think I will seek help of professional writer soon, as I am still not invited for interviews. However, for those who don’t have any resume making it here is a great option. If you have qualities resume but are not satisfied with the template, you can use this site too.
